I met Canadian Artist, Heather, somewhere in the Pacific Northwest near Amtrak's Coast Starlight Train that travels up Highway 1 from LA, and heads north, ending in Vancouver. I was riding inside the train, but Heather was hopping them.
The train allows its riders views that many will never see, and they never disappoint. After Heather and I parted ways, I reluctantly stepped onto the train platform, wanting to turn around and ask if I could tag along.
Heather now lives in the US, working as an artist, as well as for the Canadian government. She is constantly plotting ways to get the pets to taunt her boyfriend. She is currently writing a book about her travels and the time she accidentally spent a few months in prison with Canada's most famed female serial killer, where they passed the days knitting and making moccasins.
