I met Canadian Artist, Heather, somewhere in the Pacific Northwest near Amtrak's Coast Starlight Train that travels up Highway 1 from LA, and heads north, ending in Vancouver. I was riding inside the train, but Heather was hopping them. After Heather and I parted ways, I reluctantly stepped onto the train platform, wanting to turn around and ask if I could tag along.
Heather now lives in the US, working as an artist. She is constantly plotting ways to get the pets to taunt her boyfriend. She is currently writing a book about her travels and the time she accidentally spent a few months in prison with Canada's most famed female serial killer, where they passed the days knitting and making moccasins.
