Amazing mid century piece by a local Texas artist

Signed at the top right is "Gardener"

Frame measures 16" x 18"

Great vintage condition. The paper definitely shows some age but I like it.  There is a small tear (about 1cm) at tjhe bottom of the paper but it's not so noticeable with the frame.
