1940s Jorge Ferrari Hardoy Butterfly Chairs

B.K.F. (butterfly) chairs by Jorge Ferrari for Artek-Pascoe.  This chair was incredibly popular and still is.  An estimated 5 million B.K.F. chairs sold in the US during the 1950s.  A staple at the New York Museum of Modern Art, these have been on exhibit many times for their iconic design.

The frames come to you in excellent condition, just as structurally sound as the day they were made.  We have left it up to the buyer to decide on the seat material but if you need guidance on where to buy genuine vintage leather we are happy to point you in the right direction!
